This program is normally open exclusively to First Year Grand Knights only (but this year, it is open to ALL Grand Knights who have not previously attended). It provides a concentrated agenda of critical Leadership Skills, and exclusive knowledge necessary to be successful in your newly elected office and better prepared to Activate and Grow your local Council.
