Marian Council 5748 has just scheduled what I am certain will be a deeply spiritual event for the Sunday before Palm Sunday. The Apostolate for Holy Relics will bring the ‘Relics of the Passion’ to St. Catherine of Sienna’s in Manchester, NH on March 26th for a 2pm service. Since the first public tour in 2007, the Relics of the Passion have been venerated in more than 20 diocese in the U. S., Guam and the Philippines.
The request for a Fourth Degree Team is being made, to add a sense of reverence to the event (highlighted below) and as a thanks for their participation will allow Fourth Degree Members to spend a moment with the Relic of the True Cross upon their chest.
There is a possibility of another event in Derry but they are not yet certain. I am genuinely excited about this service and look forward to welcoming many Brother Knights of Columbus from across New Hampshire to our parish!
