Worthy Grand Knights and Worth Faithful Navigators,

Every Council and every Assembly now has a State Directory record, so there is no longer a need to submit brand new submission records.
Individual records can now be edited by either the GK or FS for Councils and the FN or FC for Assemblies. When you select one of these two options a form will display to allow you to search for your Council or Assembly. You then click on the Edit icon at the right of your record. Please enter Today's date in mm/dd/yyyy format (ex. 07/04/2025) so that there will be a record of the last time your record was updated.

Suppose you cannot Edit your record because a previous officer still is assigned to that record. To fix this your GK or FN simply needs to email Greg Taillon at  with a request for who should be assigned as the editor! The only requirement is the new editor must have a State Council Website account.
