District Master Jay Morris is pleased to announce his appointment of Denis Querrard as District Marshal for the North Country.  Chip Lukitsch remains District Marshall for the District of New Hampshire.  As Color Corps members continue to increase, and as requests for Color Guards and Honor Guards also increase, the Master wants to be sure Color Corps Commanders and Faithful Navigators have access to a Marshal to assist at events.
