My daughter and I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful Granite Award you honored Ron with at the Quarterly. It looks so strong and beautiful on Ron's desk and I know that he is smiling on all of you from heaven and praying for you!
A big thank you to all of you who have picked up traveling statues of Our Lady to visit families in your councils and parishes.
There are about 70 parishes in our lovely state and as of the Quarterly, 37 are traveling!
This program which is so close to Mary's Immaculate Heart was so important to Ron.
Our Lady gives us her all, please help us to reach 100% of parishes! Let us give her our all and she will cover our state with her mantle. When families welcome a traveling statue of Mary into their home and they begin to pray the family rosary daily, miracles begin to happen. So many families have shared that peace came to their families, heartfelt prayer intentions were answered and they now had a peaceful prayer space in their home. How honored we all are to be a small part of this great work of helping Our Lady reach all of us, her children. Be assured, Our Lady will do all the heavy lifting for us!
The program is simple to begin. Simply bring the statue to your pastor and introduce it to him as a gift from the Knights. Let him know of all the parishes already on board and what wonderful feedback we always receive. It only requires one person in the parish office to keep a sign up sheet with contact info on who has the statue that week. Most parishes let families take the statue home for 1-2 weeks. Any replacement statues, additional rosaries and how to pray the rosary leaflets, simply call me and I will get them to you.
The program works best when the pastor introduces the statue at the end of all the weekend Masses and blesses it and the enclosed rosaries. Families have shared how they feel so blessed that the statue present at Mass and blessed by their pastor can now come to their home!
Please, we need your help. We cannot do it alone. You are truly Our Lady's army of warriors for the faith!
