This form is only for people purchasing Convention Meals By Check! Select the menu option "Convention Meal Ordering" there is a link for paying by Credit Card.

Instructions: You can select multiple items by holding down the Ctrl key while clicking on the item(s) you want to purchase.

For Example, if you selected 1Pork Loin and wanted to select a second meal of 1Chicken, you would hold down the Ctrl key while selecting each additional item.

Quantity fields should normally be set to 1. If you wanted to purchase 6 Pork Loin meals you could select 1Pork Loin and set the Quantity to 6 or you could select the 3Pork Loin item and set the Quantity field to 2.
