<p>Blood Drive held at St. Mary Church Hall in Dover, NH on 4/1/2025 from 10am to 3pm. There were 36 donors listed on the Red Cross Blood</p>
<p>Drive Roster. 4 donors on the roster were no show. There were 2 donors who had physical rejects and could not donate. We also had 1 walk-in and </p>
<p>6 Power Red donations. A total of 32 units were collected. </p> |

<p>Bishop Peterson Council 4442 participated in the Salem walking way of the cross on Good Friday Apr 18 2025. The route commenced at St Joseph Church made the 14 Stations at different places along the route and 14th Station was at Pine Grove Cemetery where a number of Council Brother Knights are interred.</p> |

<p>Council 807 hosted its annual Simple Lenten Meals on all Fridays during Lent. There were 6 meals total beginning on 3/7/25 and ending on 4/11/25.</p>
<p>The event was held at St Mary Parish Hall in Dover prior to 6:30pm Mass followed by Stations of the Cross. For $5, Council 807 served meals from 4:45pm to 6:30pm, consisting of a choice between Weathervane Clam Chowder or Tomato Soup, a grilled cheese sandwich on choice of bread, a garden salad with Italian Dressing, and a choice of drink.</p>
<p>Over the course of the 6 weeks, we served 291 meals for $1455, and received $206 in additional donations, for a total of $1661. Total cost was around $800 for a profit of over $800.</p>
<p>This event is very well received and the Knights received many thank yous for this mission.</p>
<p>Each event had Knights as cooks, servers, etc, and the average number of Knights engaged per meal was 9. 15 total Knights from the Council participated in this endeavor.</p> |

<p>Great opportunity for Knights recruitment, to show the community what the Knights do, feed 455 local people with great food for a great price, getting newer Knights involved with an event, great camaraderie with brother Knights, to have some excess food support local food pantries and see a net profit for the council to use at its discretion.</p> |
